Waze keeps surprising its users with exquisite updates. The navigation and social sharing software is more and more used at a global scale, catching popularity from Google Maps users.
Just recently, Waze received an update that enables users to record their own voice for directions and voice alerts.
This way, we can add our own vocal instructions and choose which phrases we want to hear during usage.
How to record instructions:
Each vocal instruction can be recorded again and the limit is your own imagination.
It’s an interesting feature which can turn out to be fun, depending on how and what you record.
It may seem odd, but a simple “Turn right” indication may sound funny when hearing it in your own voice.
The option is available in the Settings – Sound submenu where you can register your voice for every command.
